Amsterdam, 20 April 2018 – Metalcorp Group B.V., a globally operating provider of procurement, logistics and trade services in the ferrous and non-ferrous sectors as well as one of Europe’s leading independent producers of secondary aluminium ingots, has successfully increased its 7.0% 2017/2022 corporate bond (ISIN: DE000A19MDV0) to EUR 80 million by way of a tap issue. The maximum amount of EUR 30 million was fully subscribed by institutional investors in the context of an international private placement. The new notes are expected to be listed on the Open Market of Deutsche Börse AG (Freiverkehr segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) on 24 April 2018. Metalcorp Group intends to use the funds to significantly expand its aluminium production and to further strengthen its activities in the steel sector.
